Cornwall Business Fair Prize Draw June 15th 2022 Terms and Conditions
The draw will take place at 4pm on Wednesday June 15th on the Ignition stand. One entry per person. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by email or phone the same day if not present at the draw.
It is understood that by entering the draw you have sought express permission from your direct line manager to do so. We will not be held responsible for any such disciplinary measures arising from failure to inform your employer. We reserve the right to publicise the winner of the competition; by entering this you are giving your consent for us to use your details on any subsequent publicity.
By entering the draw you have consented to Ignition Credit PLC contacting you by way of email, text or phone for the purposes of the promotion. If you would like to remove this consent, please contact us via email [email protected].
Unless otherwise expressly stated, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age on the date you submit your details and, if requested, shall provide evidence of your age. This is to comply with the provision of any restricted games or alcohol by way of prizes. You must be a resident of Great Britain to enter this Competition. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and proof of age may be required for restricted products over 18.
Employees of the STAR Asset Finance Group and its subsidiaries, their families, or any persons directly or indirectly connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
We shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Competition or in respect of the Prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and whilst we may endeavour to provide an alternative prize, it shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.
We shall do our utmost to ensure that all prizes are delivered as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee this and bound by the limitations of suppliers at the time of placing any order.
Prize winner will pay heed to any safety instructions and restrictions issued with prizes.
Ignition Credit PLC will not be responsible for any subsequential loss or damage resulting from mis-use or disregard of same.
We will arrange and undertake all costs for the prize to be delivered to the winners’ preferred address within Great Britain only.
There is no cash alternative. We do however reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time should this be deemed necessary.
Under the terms of the Bribery Act 2010, the provision of this prize and the undertaking of this competition should under no circumstances give our customers or contacts the impression that they are under an obligation to confer any business advantage, or that their independence in the conduct of their business will be affected. Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
