Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Date and Notification: The survey prize draw will take place on 5th March 2025. The winner will be notified by email and phone by Thursday 6th March 2025.
Permission and Responsibility: By entering the draw, you confirm that you have obtained express permission from your direct line manager to participate. We are not responsible for any disciplinary measures resulting from failure to inform your employer.
Publicity Consent: We reserve the right to publicise the winner of the competition. By entering, you consent to the use of your details in any subsequent publicity.
Marketing Consent: By entering the draw, you consent to STAR Asset Finance contacting you by email, text, or phone for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
Eligibility:
- You must be at least 18 years old on the date you submit your details. Proof of age may be required.
- You must be a resident of Great Britain to enter this competition.
- Employees of the STAR Asset Finance Group and its subsidiaries, their families, or any persons directly or indirectly connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to perform any of our obligations under the competition or in respect of the prizes where we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we may endeavour to provide an alternative prize, we shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.
Prize Delivery: We will do our utmost to ensure that all prizes are delivered as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee this, as we are bound by the limitations of suppliers at the time of placing any order. We will cover all costs for delivering the prize to the winner’s preferred address within Great Britain only.
Safety and Restrictions: Prize winners must adhere to any safety instructions and restrictions issued with the prizes. Ignition Credit Plc will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage resulting from misuse or disregard of these instructions.
No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative. However, we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Bribery Act Compliance: Under the terms of the Bribery Act 2010, the provision of these prizes and the undertaking of this competition should not give our customers or contacts the impression that they are under an obligation to confer any business advantage or that their independence in conducting their business will be affected.
Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
